The deal gives Nike a "downstairs brand that they can sell in mass merchandise stores like Wal-Mart," says Terry Lefton, editor-at-large of Sports Business Daily. Analysts also say Nike is looking to cash in on the demand for "retro" shoes.

Now that's sad.....Converse gone Wal-Mart....
