I just wanted to say congrats to the leigh high school Wind ensemble who was invited to play at Carnegie Hall. They will be playing October by Eric Whitacre, and To Tame the perilous skies by David Holsinger. If any of u know anything about those two pieces they are extreamly challenging. anyways just wanted to say congrats and good luck

I know that "October" is a great piece, and played it this year with the All County Honor Band, but that was at Chafey High School Theatre. I also know that "To Tame the Perilous Skies" is a great piece, so, very much Congradulations to those in the Leigh High School Wind Ensemble for being invited to play in Carnegie Hall. You all must be very talented men and women to be invited to perform there. Once again, Congradulations.
