VC Honor Jazz Band

so my band director told me that not only are they going to have a Ventura County Honor Band, but also a VC honor jazz band. i think that is so freakin' awesome. ne other thoughts?

Kern County (where Bakersfield is) started a county honor jazz band back in the 90's. They participate (at least) in the Bakersfield Jazz Festival held at the CSU there that's usually a 2-day event.

Ubercoolness for Ventura County for jumping on the boat. To my knowledge, Santa Clara County doesn't have one.

Yup, we are going to do a county honor jazz band. This only happened one time for Ventura County and it was back in 1990. We are currently planning the logistics and will have a game plan in place soon.
