World of Pageantry

Now, I don't know if this is just me. I have played in all different types of bands: marching, concert, orchestra, rock, Bee-Bop, but nothing gets me going like Big Band or Combo Jazz music. When just plain living out the days of my life, I can always hear constant improvising in my head and it never goes away(not like I want it to). I just want to know... Am I like crazy because no one else that I know seems to be as remotely interested as I am. I need some outside info. Please tell...

I do like jazz band; in fact during marching season I kept on wishing it would be second semester already so that our second jazz band would start up again. I'm really excited now, since we will be starting on Monday. I don't think I have it as bad as you, though, since I don't hear improvising in my head, but many of the songs I find myself singing and getting stuck in my head are jazz.
