i love the piece October by Whitacre! agh it brings a tear to my eye EVERYTIME (a friend of mine even used it for a guard show...wonderfully written show)

yeah its so much fun being the only horn player in that section thats not in all state...

i love those guys tho... its just hard to live up to them

for our first festival Wind Ensemble II is playing Simple Gifts and Fantasy Tales, not sure what we're gonna play for the second one.

I have seen his concert in person and meet him!!!!he is awsome. I love SLEEP, he does a great job on that one, and I am going to try to get my Band Director to perform his piece for a concert!!!!!!

for regionals were gonna play Nelhybel's Symphonic Movement along with either Suite of old American Dances or Shostakovich
Symphony No. 5 Finale. Well it looks like well be playing Symphonic Movement and Suite of old american dances
