The Last Trumpet Christmas by ????

A friend showed me a song when I went to visit him a week ago. It was a nice orchestra playing the usual Christmas stuff, when suddenly these trumpets came SCREAMING onto stage, and when I say screaming, I'm talkin horror movie screaming. Their lowest note must have been a D on the 2nd ledger line above the staff! 
But I can't find one single person that knows who arranged the song! Does anybody here know? The title is The Last Trumpet Christmas (if you haven't already guessed)
