kinda... i mean everyone gets to play.. but if you cant cut it i guess.. well i dont kow.. i havent really seen anyoe cut from our jazz band..
this year we had semi tryouts for the sax sections.. (we have an ARMY of sax's) so we are going to split the songs.. so yea = )

we just have to show that we understand the music/style and good such like that.. oh yea and IMPROV... you have to kinda know what your doing... lol like that you are in the right key for one.
for our sax thing we had to play the sax soli in Groovin Hard.. thats an awsome soli by the way.. go and check it out. = )
