Folsom isn't at the Midwest Anymore?

Does anyone know what happened to Folsom High School for the Midwest Conference? I was pretty sure their name was on the list of Jazz Band performers, but I don't see it htere anymore. Furthermore, I was pretty sure they had it on their website, but now it's gone too. What happened?
