For those of you who enjoy the old Fennell/Eastman Wind Ensemble recordings, check out the Keystone Wind Ensemble, affiliated with Indiana University of Pennsylvania. High quality sound and performance level too.

I have 1 or 2 of their recordings. Jack Stamp was also the guest conductor of the Santa Clara County Honor Band not too long ago in which "Pastime" was commissioned.
