Here's an interesting note (after going through the WBA site).
The concert band festival will be in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Academy of International Studies, Performing & Visual Arts.

WBA Concert Moved then cancelled
The WBA 2007 concert band festival has been cancelled due to lack of support. It was moved to UC Davis then cancelled all together.
