I didn't really get to "see" any shows, but I got to listen to the show before us(San Diego Alternative) and i'm sorry, i didn't catch who it was, but it sounded really good.

that's my two cents

I only watched the Open competition and half of the World...It was interesting to me how many themes were in "black and white"....not much color on the floor at all this year. I was trying to figure out whether there was a minimalist trend this year, budget issues, or just common thought toward costuming in black, white or both. At any rate, it was an interesting (and BIG) competition. Open is huge this year, it seems.

Thought the judging was fair as always and that the placements were true to the performances. This was the first time I've seen our school's show (Rio Mesa) and I really enjoyed it (yeah, I confess my bias!). Props to all of the schools competing -- I appreciate the effort it takes to put these things together and everyone seemed to be giving 150% on all of the lines.

Sorry about the scores not being posted yet. The judges still haven't sent me the recaps yet. It's not like them to wait this long to send me the scores. I'll try my best to get them today and post them to the ADLA's website at http://www.amdrumassn.org .

You do a great job getting them up!

For everyone else, they're up now on the ADLA website linked in Dave's post.

Thanks for posting them so quickly, it's nice to see. We all tried to write them down the other night, but things were going so fast that we missed some.

Thanks again!
