Are you the drum coach of Lexington?? If you are...as in the guy with the shades and bald head....

I said "Hey! Good luck" to you at Championships but you stared me down

:( :x

haha, your probably not the guy I'm talking about, though.

Yup, that's the school.

I still got a lotta hair (ok, mostly hair) on mah head, so I probably wasn't the guy you're thinking of - certainly wouldn't have stared anybody down (on purpose anyways!).

But thanks for saying "Good luck!"

We don't march a cymbal line because it doesn't really fit in to the program design, but the pit covers cymbals, accessories, timps, acoustic keyboards, drums, and synth (it's basically our beg. perc. class that does pit and 2nd year guys on battery).

OCDP is a brand of custom drums, built in Orange County. Joey Jordison, Adrian Young, the guy from 311 (can't remember his name at the moment), and some other famous drummers use OCDP drums. They're particularily known for shells with 30 or 40 plies, and drilling large (3 or 4 inches in diameter) "venting" holes in these shells.

Okay:

School: Villa Park High School
Theme: it has to do with Gangsters
Division: Scholastic A probably
Instrumentation: I'm not sure on battery, because I'm in the pit and in the 2 practices that we've had we haven't worked with them. The pit right now is at 8, but we might add a few more people:
Association: ADLA
Thrill level: I am SO PSYCHED!!!
Villa Park High School (02-06)- Drumline Captain
Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra (04-06)- Principal Percussion
Cleveland Institute of Music (06-10)- Undergraduate Timpani/Percussion Performance
