Valencia and Troy

Post by drumliner425 » Thu Nov 25, 2004 12:50 am

Good to see valencia up there. they rock. I have seen them before and i really like their music. also have a good band and show to back them up. congrats to them!

Have you seen troy's drumline? they play a very clean show with a tough book it seems. unlike valencia there's not really a strong band to back them up, so im assuming thats why they arent on the list. but they sure can play

well if you get a chance, definately check out valencia's and troy's drumline. the groups are doing very well in the 4A class (as well as the others, just haven't happened to see them as much).

Nice to see someone recognizes us. The past 2 years we have been scyrocketing towards an at least recognizable line and the win at arcadia helped. Thanks

first and second( being the corrected score of 94.2) seem to be well ahead of everyone else

where do you guys find the scores at?

I wish we had a big drumline, we only have 6 people(three bass, two snare, one tenor) hopefully all the freshman next year will help make our line a little better so we can be cool like Rbv and vista and etiwanda

As of 12/04, some of those scores were as follows:
93.1 Valencia
89.9 Trabuco Hills
88.7 Los Altos
84.4 John Burroughs
82.7 Mayfair
82.3 Westlake

That would change a few of the placings, but at this point, who cares?

Troy has a great line this year and i can say by the way being that i dont go there. The only thing is they have nothing to back them up. Just wait in ADLA. They should then get the respect they deserve. Valencia though i thought has always rocked. They too deserve credit. I think though that there are a lot of lines out there that just didnt get those high scores to be recognized. But we'll see whose up on top in the winter season. By the way Vista is a 6a and has a smoking line but they scored not too high. They deserve more credit from what i saw in the parking lot at Arcadia.
