Back to Community Interest

Our One Day Summer Camp at Rancho Cucamonga High School in Rancho Cucamonga features Jeff Moore and Friends. Jeff Moore of Madison Scouts fame also serves on the faculty of Central Florida University. Additional instructors will instruct as needed.

Our One Day Summer Camp at Benicia High School in Benicia features Jeff Moore and an able staff of assistants.

Students are asked to bring their own equipment. There will be free pizza and sodas for lunch, provided by Nick Rail Music. A variety of refreshments will be available from the School Band Boosters during the rest of the day.

The enrollment fee is $20.00 per student if registration is received before June 1st, or $25.00 after June 1st, up to and including the day of the Camp.

This is Elizabeth! Is this Percussion Camp only for Battery or is it for pit too. Just wondering.

hey music coach,
yes the camp is for pit too. these are the only camps in california and theyre doing it all over the nation. Last year i went to my high school for the camp *benicia High represent* and not a lot of ppl were there but this year i hear ppl all over are coming in. Itll be awsome to drum with Jeff Moore and even more awsome to meet new ppl.

Thanks for the info about PIT! I'm currently Fontana High School Pit Instructor and was thinking of taking them too. But I wasnt so sure about it.

We were lucky enough to have Nick rail bring the clinic back to Benicia, seeing how this is the only nothern California stop that the Sounds of Summer camp makes. Hopefully if we have an EXTREAMLY good number of partisipants, Yamaha will see that Nor Cal is worthy of a two day camp (such as those on the east cost). Not to mention the great DISCOUNTS that will be availible to those who attend.

Bottom line, the camp will be awesome for everone in or into drumline. (Of course that includes the pit, silly)
