well progress reports came in the mail today and as i looked down the list i noticed somethingvery surprising

I GOT A B IN BAND

now i dont know if i want to do band next year. I have done everything that is required plus some and i still dont get an A,. i did fail a scale test but that was before grades were due. Tell me what u think

I think you should chill on the quick decisions. Maybe talking with your band director might help a tid bit? Understanding the problem from both points of view is always the best way to come out on top in my honest opinion.

Yeah, you should definitely talk with your BD and see why you got that grade, it could be for a number of reasons. It could have been an accident, it could have been the scale and maybe some other stuff you overlooked, it could be anything talk with your BD with an understanding mind and maybe you might even work something out to get it fixed. Also, remember it's a progress report, not a report card, it doesnt mean it's final or anything.
