yeah the movie is dumb

The movie's good to watch if you're a spectator, if you know what band is really like then you kinda just go "Okay.. now do something impressive...".

My brother saw it and starting playing on all our bowls with pens and pencils. He's 13. I think it decreased his already low intelligence level. After he watched it once he asked me why I don't do what they did; I'm in guard. He thought it would be cool if the "hot girls on my guard got to dance in booty shorts". He thinks band and guard are all nerds.

Oh and NICK CANNON IS NOT THAT HOT!!! There are like two posts on each page refferring to his level of hot-ness or lack thereof. I know of hotter guys on REAL drumlines..

yeayuh!! Me too!!! Good jerb. Ummm..... Drumline. It wasn't really that bad. I mean for people that didn't know what they were doing and stuff. Then again, the people making it probably weren't catering towards actual drumlines. Movies are just for pure entertainment.

yea well I thought the chick drummer was pretty sexy too....................NOT why do chick drummers in movies always have to be so ugly? beats me

I disagree. They aren't all ugly

i fully disagree because 3 of 5 of our drummers are hot.

He's not that hot. No joke. He's good looking but not hot. I just don't see it..

That movie dropped my IQ about 50 points if you ask me. But I will say this, the movie depicked another side of a sport that we all love. Now granted, the movie has stereotyped every aspect of drumline that we know and we all must explain it to those who really think that movie is how it all is. In lame-man's terms, I think it sucked and another should be make to really show how it is.

You know you want to be a guardie (as you call it)... look at it this way, like I do when I think about why boys wanna be in guard:

yeah but my school wont let guys join and i would rather be a percussionist. I love drums!!!!! Sounds great and all but, then the drama is there too and i am not in for that.

Yeah I'd want to be a percussionist if I didn't know that y'all endlessly drum. I tried to call my friend today at LUNCH and he was still drumming.

But yeah too much drama in guard and my guard has no boys either.
