So I just saw the championships schedule and there are several groups listed that I haven't seen on any of the score sheets from any other NCBA competitions. I thought you had to compete in at least 3 others to qualify for champs.
Is there another list of shows these schools might have competed at?

You have to compete at 3 shows to qualify to win "Champion"
Anyone can attend championships to compete. But if they get the highest score and haven't met the 3 show requirement, they will be awarded the next highest place.

Do we know who will be judging, and for which divisions, for championships?
Also on the lineup the gyms are listed as "New Gym" and "Old Gym" on the map they are "Gym A" and "Gym B". Does anyone know which gym is which?

A is old, B is new...
I don't know who is judging, but there will be 4 judges judging each percussion group and 6 judging each guard group.
I would assume that it will be the same judges judging all divisions...

Looks like Calvo, Sperber, Baker and Plowman are judging Scholastic. I know there will be different judges for each division because some of the judges teach lines that compete in other divisions.

Can somebody please explain to me why NCBA has a "champion" placing, THEN a first place placing? What's the point of that? The group that wins championships is the group with the highest score, or 1st place. so why would you give "1st place" to the group with the 2nd highest score? It's never made any sense to me why they would do that.....
