South East High School - Front Ensemble Tech Needed

The winter season is in full swing and South East has already competed in West Covina. Let me introduce myself: I'm Julio de Haro and am currently the Section Leader of the SEHS Percussion Ensemble. I'm also Drill writer for our ensemble, with the help of my wonderful bassist, and deal with most of the battery's obligations. Because I and our coaches — Roque Castaneda and Jose Alvarez — are usually too busy to give the front ensemble help, I would like to ask for an additional tech to help our pit Tuesday through Friday for the remainder of the season and, if interested, the up and coming marching season.
We have one tech that comes in on Mondays. Rebecca from Impulse Drum and Bugle Corp and RCC, is great help, but she has her own obligations as well. Any amount of help would be greatly appreciated. Currently, there are 6 people in our front ensemble. Our two bell players are extremely talented and need that extra push to expand their talents. Our 4 others members need some help in music, timing, and performance etiquette. They're a great bunch who are self-motivated, but they could use an inspirational tech to help get them to the next level.

P.S. We had a Marimba that our bell players would use to practice. It's not with us anymore, so they only have a xylophone to practice with. I am looking to purchase one as soon as economically possible. Any help would be appreciated.
