Taiko Drums wanted

I am looking to purchase, borrow or rent a Taiko drum. We will be using it for about 4 months. If anyone has an inside track - PLEASE let me know.
It is cheaper to buy a taiko than to rent for 4 months, after 4 months of renting you could have bought a couple. http://www.Taikos.com has the best taiko drums I have seen, and I have compared a lot of them since I play! They even have a practice drum that is portable and sounds amazing!
