In Search of Percussion Staff

I am a new Band Director in the Central Coast and I am currently looking for a new percussion coach for our fall '10-spring '11 program. I am looking for someone who is familiar with drumline, but who is also familiar with all the front ensemble playing as well. Basically, I am looking for a well-rounded percussionist to staff for me full-time. They will teach drumline during fall, then winter percussion in the second semester.
