check out http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/squaredots/

I use this with each dot representing one step.

Remember...take the measurement of the boundary of your floor size, and convert it to find out how many "steps" across and back your grid will be if you're using one grid per "step". Use the universal 22.5inch step size and divide the front boundary by that amount and you'll get how many "steps" across your front boundary is. Let's pretend...

60ft front boundary = 720 inches (60' x 12").

720" / 22.5 =32 steps across is your front sideline. Get it?

Lather. Rinse. Repeat for depth.
