Impressive! But could they record him playing outside, or something? Sometimes I could only tell what he was playing by watching his hands.

not bad for an old guy. Did not get all the dance moves. Most bridgmen snare drummers that I know would not dance around like they misplaced a flag or rifle. I remember when drummers just played solos, but now this dancing stuff is too much,, the judge at DCI I&E would mis all those dance moves while looking down at the sheet, writing down notes to remind himself on what he missed while not watching as the player is performing his solo. JMO.

Here's another better quality version of the solo from DCA I&E 2007... considering he's been the DCI I&E snare drum JUDGE for the last 4 - 5 years, I think he'd do well there too.
