I thought Diamond Bar's show was really good. I'm really excited to see how it will evolve over the season.

Corona's show was really good, really beautiful. Only Michael Shapiero could come up with a riber/sable...

I didn't really get to see that much, though, which was a bummer. But we performed at 4, and we didn't get back to the gym until after Upland. I was so bummed out, I wanted to see Upland so bad! Oh well, I know I'll have more opportunites :)

yah, the rifle/sabre was pretty cool, and i liked the back knights with their fans. and how loud they are when you open them
I bet a funny thing about driving a car off a cliff is, while you're in midair, you still hit those brakes! Hey, better try the emergency brake!

For anyone who saw Upland, how did they do? I was busy and couldn't see them.

I loved how you could hear people in the audience ask "What IS that?" when Corona brought out the rifle-sabres.

I heard Upland was amazing (said by my guard-obsessed best friend), although I missed them by about 15 seconds. I did get the pleasure of hearing their show from behind the door though.

It was a great season-opening competiton for us and hopefully everyone else.

Etiwanda Show

I was at this show for most of the day...I was amazed with how much groups have at this time. Some of the highlites where the diamond bar hs and woodbridge hs - (ok...a little biased with woodbridge), Homeless Disco group, emotional but fun in a wierd way. The 70s disco group in all purple, the group with the staircase...wow - that was amazing. The older groups were excellent...but that is to be expected due to their experience. I cant remember the names of the schools, but their themes were very different.
I am new parent to this thing...my daughter loves guard and turned me on to this site. Next stop...Littlerock.

yes rancho was there.

they were good, not finished though, i think they need to add a little more difficulty but thats just my opinion. the level of the guard might be why.

i really enjoyed corona and diamond bar world.
