one of those days? weeks? months?

You know what I mean, when stuff kind of just falls apart. It’s been one of those weeks for me. And that's when I am so thankful for guard. It’s the one place I have control where I can forget my problems and blow off steam. It’s therapy in a weird sort of way I guess. Anybody else feel that way?

I am so proud of you! Some people let their personal lives affect their rehearsals/performances. I know it has happened to me. I try not to let things get to me but sometimes letting out a good cry makes you feel so much better. Maybe a good cry would be good for you? Just let out all the stress and drama of life roll down your cheeks.

That's a little of my therapy. It makes me feel better. It's like taking weight off of your shoulders.

Feel better.
