Hey, I was just wondering... How old is everyone?? And how long have you been involved in Guard? Just a random thought I had.

to clear some things up, the youngest member on Raiders open is 12(seventh grade), and the youngest member on orion is 14, but he/she is a freshman, so he/she is just young age-wise.
and as for me, i'm 16 and this is my third year doing colorguard (both field and winter)

im 16, and a junior. Ive been spinning with on school guards since 7th grade, so this is my 5th season. I started spinning in 5th grade, with a flag. My babysitter was a middle school color guard instructor so she taught me when i was younger.

I'ma 15 year old sophomore. I'm really young. I joined guard in highschool; my jr. high didn't have a guard but other schools do. I was only 13 when I joined guard. There are freshman older than me! :D

I'm not marching guard this year.....maybe next year...anyway, I went to a show a couple weeks ago and was sitting by these girls who have a sister who marches with Esperanza de Luz World.

They told me and my friends that there is one girl who is 15 years old on Esperanza's World guard and this is her second year in the World guard. Then they told us that their sister marches with Esperanza's World guard too and she is only 14. Wow....according to them both of these two girls have been marching for a number of years since they were like 10 or 11....

My friends and I watched Esperanza de Luz World guard and asked which one was 14...it is cool, she is good and even does saber. The 15 year old is the one who has a flag solo thingy and leans back on a stool sometime during their show.
