Seeking instructors/technicians!
Instructor: Teaches technique basics and implements a structure for application, determines strengths/weakness of the group and creates a strategic solution, fosters an enjoyable environment and provides a fun experience, adheres to professionalism standards and is a reliable team member. Works closely with caption head. Key strengths include; logistical planning, exemplary leadership, and an intuitively-creative eye.
Technician: Implements basic techniques and ensures application, follows solutions created for the team, fosters an enjoyable environment and provides a fun experience, adheres to professionalism standards and is a reliable team member. Communicates effectively with all team members, including caption head. Key strengths include; ability to clean/detail choreography, provide tips/tricks to performers, and the ability to be flexible to the team’s needs.
- Position is in the Orange County Area (Not public yet)
- Schedule is set and locked in pre-season
- Hours vary by position (mostly after school hours, 2:45-6:00 PM)
- Pay rate is negotiable, based on experience
