NEED FLAG HELP!!!!

I have been searching EVERY WHERE for these flags. I checked with StylePlus and with American Band, and they don't have them in stock. Does anyone know of a school that might be willing to sell these silks? This is my last ditch effort before I go to plan B. We need 24 flags. Any leads would be great! Thank you SO SO much for any help!
