World of Pageantry

We are planning to start a 'B' guard, most likely in the novice division, and are curious of the time limits/restrictions concerning equipment and music time requirements. We are familiar with the open and scholastic guard time requirements, but are unsure if the novice division follows the same rules.

I thought at the June meeting they voted to get rid of A & B and just have Novice again?
