Wash Flags???

Is there anyway to wash flags????? :?:

Depending on the fabric you can..We order poly china silk and have always washed them by hand with cold water and a little soap. Im not sure about other fabrics though.

No matter what the fabric, I have always hand washed our flags in luke warm water with woolite and hang dry.
I am NOT too old for this!

I'd rather be Dreaming... in a tree.

I wash ordinary flags on the "delicate" cycle in cold water then dry them for just a few minutes on "tumble press". Even those with fray check on them have come through this with no problems. I hand wash those that have been floral sprayed and hang them to dry (cuz I'd hate to wash off the "art").
