P.S. They'll be 3 on Thursday. I'm hoping I've got a guard kid in at least one of them!

That is so cute! She looks like she's attending a mini band camp lol.

Ive got 2 kids (9 and 3 1/2). When my oldest was about 3 my mom made her this flag pole out of a little wooden rod and some left over fabric from a flag silk i had. She spun that thing constantly! Whenever i would be writing work for a show she'd tag along with her little flag pole. I have several pictures somewhere in my house. Now my son loves the flag pole (yep, we still have it) but he tends to use it more like a sword lol.

Since my son nailed me on the head with my aluminum pole (the bolt end no less) I'm planning on making them their own flags, probably with pvc and fabric in their favorite character or something. Although my daughter's a fan of my saber...I don't know how to make her one of those that won't cause injury to herself or others LOL.

LOL. Yeah, my son likes my rifle but I've made that off limits :)

Ours is a little wooden dowel (is that spelled right?). It has rubber tips on the ends but you cant weight it so tossing was out of the question. However, my daughter got really good at drop spins lol.
