So I am curious.

I am sure someone knows the answer to this.

How is this rule enforced by CCGC, WGI etc.? And what is the rule exactley? (I would look this up, but I have a math test this morning and have to study.)

*Edit for Clarification*

The rule I am asking about is the video taping rule. I am wondering how they enforce the policy?

Im pretty sure you can go at anytime. after we performed at Fairfield, we didnt take our picture right away. We ask the photographer if its okay if we came back later and he said it was okay. we helped our drummers fold the floor and put all the equipments away then had a meeting then ate then took our pictures which was probably almost 45 minutes after we performed.

From my experince with WGI,

If you don't have all your paperwork and premissions in by the deadline, you don't perform (@ finals or power regionals) Plus depending on the condition of the premisison to arrange some portions of the show may be audioless.

That'd be a great idea but NCBA would have to change their copywrigt rules to match WGI first for it to work IMO

It is just about everyone, AND things have changed in this most recent week. I'm judging movement for the 2nd half of the day...Intermediate through Open.

I just had Armijo A's song come up on Pandora... LOVE IT!

So excited about tomorrow! I hope that the winds die down. There are some serious gale force winds whipping around my apartment right now!

I received my updated info via email yesterday (and I assume everyone did). I don't want to steal anyone else's thunder but don't mind sharing my own ... I'll be on GE for the upper division 8-)

Oops! I ran out of time to turn in my media release (that I didn't have time to complete) in to Brahma. Wonder why they're still selling a DVD with both our guards' performances on it?

I never even saw the form!

So...I bought my dvd fairly early. I'd say at like 10 AM. I was told that it would be ready by the time ms awards rolled around...well, I went after awards (which was delayed by a half an hour, as you know)...and surprise, surprise...no dvd! The lady told me she would mail it "at her expense." I informed her that last time this happened, I waited almost 5 months for my dvd. She assured me that this would not happen again and that they would be sent out first class mail by Tuesday...we'll see about that... (The reason I bought it was also because I was so stressed from the music mishap that I didn't do a good job recording it). Btw...thanks again for today...made me feel a little bit better about them messing up our music.

---
I had several issues with today which I won't get into...all I can say is that my girls did awesome, performance-wise, & I wish I could have seen more guards perform. Now, I just wait for hs results...
