Congrats to Franklin(Elk Grove) Drum Major

I just wanted to say congratulations to the drum major at Franklin High School in Elk Grove, California. She has won sweepstakes at Santa Cruz with 94 as well as taken first at Foothill. She is helping to put Elk Grove on the map as she has accommplished tasks no one in her district has done before. Keep up the awesome work!
