World of Pageantry

So I'm really interested in trying out for the open drum major spots at my school (both were seniors this year), problem is despite what my drum major has told me, he seems to be less interested in teaching me and passing on the band to me as he says. there for if any one knows someone i can contact for some help that would be greatly appreciated.
