World of Pageantry

Hi,

I am new to this group but not new to marching band. I attended Rolling Meadows High school in RM, IL... hence the name "rmalum". I moved my senior year (yes, it was a bummer) to Concord, CA and became a member of the Concord High Minuteman Marching Band. I played in community theatre in the Bay Area (Walnut Creek, Concord, Oakland, etc.) until I married and had a kid. Fast forward 17 years and I am here as a parent of an El Diamante Band Student. Now, I'm in my "second life," enjoying marching band all over again.

I enjoy reading the posts hear and look forward to contributing where I can.

Welcome to the site. El Diamante is certainly making their presence felt in the Central Valley considering they haven't been around very long.
