here my top 5
1) Rolling Thunder- Henry Fillmore- maybe for concert
2) Purple Carnival- might be my senior year march- Hary Alford
3) Chimes of Liberty- Edwin Franko Goldman- next years march
4) Rifle Regiment- Sousa- last years march
5) Glorious Victory- Freshman year march

1 and 2 depend on how strong our trombone section is but with the 2 freshman trombones were gettingnext year this 2 marches will be a good march for trombones with more then 5 people playing there part right

That it is, it probably should've made my honorable mentions list. Do you have a copy of "Glorious Victory"? Notice how the intros to Carry On and Glorious Victory are almost exactly identical? :)

I think "In Storm and Sunshine" is a bit overrated. *I* used to overrate it, even. It sounds like a great march until you've heard 300-400 of them, and then it doesn't seem so good any more.

Sonntag Ist's is a march I wouldn't mind finding on CD...

I'm not very "march literate" but I love Purple Carnival (freshman year march) and Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company (sophomore year march) I'm also quite partial to Hands Across the Sea (we played it in concert in Austrailia, I don't think I've ever seen it on the street) I just really love Sousa stuff
