Post by Mr Pageantry » Sun Sep 26, 2004 2:48 pm

For The 18th Consecutive Year GLOVER STADIUM in Anaheim will be the site for the SEASON OPENER as JFKennedy Shamrock Regiment Marching Band and Pageantry units plays host to an always exciting jam packed Debut for the Bands of Southern California Scool Band and Orchestra Association... Formerly the Magnolia Field Tournament the Kennedy Band took it over when Magnolia was unable to continue..... It has continued to grow and prosper and by Days end every seat is full and every band has 'returned' to the field of competition.. Those seated in the upper reaches of the stadium are also witness to the DISNEYLAND Fireworks show as the Retreat begins....

This year, once again Bands from thoughout Southern and Central California are scheduled to 'face the music' in this early season debut..... represented are Bands from , Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Ventura Counties and more!

Though this list is not complete it will once again be a show worth attending.... The Kennedy Boosters are among the Best, Hospitality is their specialty, and great food add to the Carnival atmosphere...The One & Only RYAN TURNER serves as expert MC guiding new comers through the show.. (Yes he does sign autographs on program books only... imagine almost 100 busses being parked... stands full of ecxiited veteran fans and boosers... great music and almost 1,000 rookie bando's giving it everything they'e got before rookie parents whose lives will never be the same again.....

here's the information.... read it memorize it... and prepare for a great evening og pageantry , patriotism and musical excellence

"The One & Only RYAN TURNER serves as expert MC guiding new comers through the show.."

Negative on this one.... John Hausey is the MC for the KHS FT and has been since Kennedy took it over from the old Magnolia HS FT (which John started..)
