Despite the fact that it is "fund raising", it is still advertising. I could be trying to sell you tupperware and I could call it "fund raising". Raising my funds, right? You are pressing down services for a price. Even if you set up a table outside your school's cafeteria to try to sell these links...its still advertising.
And here on WoP, advertising is a no-no.
