The scores from the Savanna FT have been posted. Yes, Highland is one of the better bands from Arizona. They won the Savanna FT over Vista.

Their show was very good. I'm not sure I've heard a better sound ever come off a football field. I saw a band try to do Eric Whitacre's October (a personal fave for concert band) on the field last year and I thought... Hmm... October... Nice....

When I heard Highland play it my reaction was closer to oh. my. god. October. Wonderful :o

Vista's show was cool but overshadowed during their own performance by the growing rain and Disney's fireworks. Highland's show was nothing short of Box 1.

Yeah the fireworks have always been a distraction. I always feel sorry for the band performing at 9pm at Savanna just because everyone pays attention to the fireworks and not the good band performing, last Saturday being Vista. Vista did a great job, I'm impressed. Highland too :)
