teacher for drum major baton

Hello
My name is Renee and I want to be a drum major to lead my band in parades. I am a freshmen and at my school we audition to be a assistant at the end of the freshmen year so i would be auditioning in a few months. I have t learn how to twirl a baton so i would like to find a teacher to help me. i like how arcadia and diamond bar and riverside twirl the baton so can anyone tell me who the teachers are there
also how much do batons cost?

Where are you located? That might help you find someone, or someone to find you... ;)

As far as buying a baton, go to https://marchingworld.com/ and click on the Drum Major section. Current price is about $100. Hope that helps! :)

If anything I would look into Drum Major of Southern California since (as long as I'm aware) a few schools require a solo performance as part of the audition. - https://www.drummajorsofsocal.org/
