CCBR Missing Sweepstakes Winners

On Nov. 12, 2016, the Golden Valley Cardinal Regime will be hosting the 57th Annual Central California Band Review (CCBR). The band's booster organization would like to list the parade sweepstakes winners for the 56 previous events.
We have all the winners up to 1989. We need years 1990, 1992 - 1997 and 2000. And we are good from 2001 - 2015.
The difficulty for these "missing" years is the fact that CCBR went from being run by Merced HS, then Madera HS, then Golden Valley HS.
If you can help us out with any of these parade sweepstakes winners, we would greatly appreciate it.
