NCBA Parade Power Rankings - Week 6
Posted: Mon Oct 31, 2016 8:24 am
Here are the rankings with the addition of Week 6. I am currently researching the numbers and will add in band sizes within the next few days. Again, these rankings are only for educational purposes and to provide a projection of what may be the end of the year result.
I do want to note, however, that I personally wish Benicia and Golden Valley would go head to head one last time as they only met once this whole season, but alas, that will not be happening.

I would also like to note that this is not a reflection on the quality of some of the field show type bands as there are some real powerhouses in this ranking that have absolutely dominated the field show caption, but do not do parade primarily. If I was around more often for field show, I would love to do rankings and critiques for them, but for now, I can only appreciate how talented these groups are from the videos I've seen so far. And that is only a tiny glimpse of the power and beauty of what they can display on the field.
Congrats to all bands and I wish them continued success throughout the final weeks of the season!
