I am working on a project and wonder if anyone has the result and location of the WSMBC Championships from 1989-1993.

It was at Lamonica Stadium at Clovis HS in 1991. Clovis West took that one.

1993 was at Stagg Stadium at the University of the Pacific in Stockton. Another one for Clovis West, I think.

Now I remember 1992 also being at Clovis HS.

Just looking at the Clovis West vids on YT, I'm reminded that some, if not all, of those championships were associated with the California/Raisin Bowl in Fresno. The winning band performed at the game.

There was one year that was "handed" to Beyer, though, because Clovis West decided not to compete? (Probably because of CW's dominance.) I want to say it was 1994? But pretty much every year prior...Clovis West Clovis West Clovis West...and every year until Ramiro Barrera went to Logan.

I believe Clovis won in 1988.
Clovis West won every year 1989-1993.

Clovis West was the "Host Exhibition" band in 1994, won by Fred C. Beyer. Clovis West's exhibition score was the highest, and had they been competing they would have won again.
