Why are so few bands signed up for it?

There are bands signed up for Sierra Cup Classic. It is not an independently operated show, no longer associated with WBA. The Fresno State event listed on the WBA website is not the Sierra Cup Classic. It is an event that is likely not going to happen due to so few bands deciding not to attend.

There is no list of bands published. It is an independently operated show. There is also a Bands of America Regional in San Jose that day.
