Looking to buy 1 marching snare drum w/carrier. Any brand, any color.
Will be used by a Police Benevolent Society for use at funerals, color presentations, etc. Does not need to be "SCPA Finals Night" quality.
Maybe make a few bucks off a dusty ole drum in a back-room?
