No Don Lugo this year. They have a new director and it seems that parades are no longer a priority to the band program there.
As director of Don Lugo for the past 19 years, I had always enjoyed the Duarte parade and "carnival". It is a good first parade and I reccomend it to directors who are looking to get their bands into parade marching.
