2014 MBOS Championships

The regions top marching bands from California and Nevada converged on Chino Hills High School Saturday, under beautiful fall skies, seeking a coveted spot in the prestigious MBOS Championships Finals in what can only be described as a true “battle of the bands”!

After a morning and afternoon of intense competition, the MBOS Top 12 was named (in performance order):
  • El Diamante Marching Miners
    Mission Hills Cardinal Alliance Band and Color Guard
    Valencia High School
    Newbury Park HS Band and Color Guard
    Arbor View HS Outside Performance Ensemble
    Green Valley High School Band
    William S. Hart HS Regiment
    Great Oak High School
    Thousand Oaks High School Lancer Marching Band
    Poway High School
    Chino Hills High School
    Los Alamitos High School Marching Band
The MBOS Top 12 lit up the stadium with electricity as finals began, bringing an incredible mix of music, marching, and pageantry, with some of the best productions ever put together in one competition.

The Marching Band Open Series proudly crowned the Chino Hills High School Band & Color Guard as the 2014 MBOS Championships Gold Medalist!
