The 2014 marching season is nearly here. Let's have some friendly conversation about what we think will happen.
-Who do you think will win?
James Logan? Foothills? Folsom? Granite Bay? El Diamante?
-Who do you think has the best percussion and drumline?
-Who do you think has the best brass and woodwinds?
Let's get this conversation started and get pumped for marching season. :

Re: 2014 Marching Season
Awww, the yearly "friendly discussion" thread in the hopes that people will pick my school as the winner. Let's be careful here, I would encourage this thread be used more for announcing the field shows the bands will be putting on the field this year. Any James Bond? Perhaps some Marvel shows...marching shows seem to follow movie trends!
Any shows you're excited about seeing this year?

Go read "Ishmael" a novel by Daniel Quinn. It will literally change your life.

Idk, but it will be an interesting year. Many groups have moved around. very different from when I competed.

I didn't make it to the Royal FT last weekend, I believe their band has a James Bond theme. The Aceman wrote:Awww, the yearly "friendly discussion" thread in the hopes that people will pick my school as the winner. James Bond themes are always fun, you should check out The Cavalier's 2004 James Bond show, very cool. In fact if memory serves me correctly they won DCI championships that year with their "007" Show.
