Too early to tell for sure, but I think Diamond Bar could be a serious contender. They had an awesome season last year. The drum major and guard were fantastic as well. Mt. Carmel also puts on great performances! I love how they played Gloria last year. Riverside King and Rancho Bernardo always seem to keep fighting for the number one spot at Arcadia, but this year it could be different.
As for DMs, Glendora is super consistent, and Kennedy is pretty solid too. Montebello and Riverside King DMs have that sort of traditional style spinning that I like. Diamond Bar is stepping it up as well.
South El Monte has been producing great drum majors lately too. I think they can give the top contenders a run for their money.
