I believe Luis's question was about performance order for next year's AFOB.

How is the order for AFOB determined? I thought it was always the reverse order of the previous year's results, but I've also heard that it's based on 5 year rolling average.

I agree, by the way, that Golden Valley deserved a better score. Did it have anything to do with the banner and guard moving behind the band during competition, as many NoCal bands do?
