The British Band and Contest Field (aka "B.B. & C.F.") march that I'm familiar with is by James O. Hume. Did Albert E. Kelly also write a march by that same title? (Certainly not an unheard of thing, I'm just unaware of if Kelly and Hume did so.)

That would be a typo. It is BB and CF by Hume.
